Scope of Services:
We provide professional digital services including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Content Writing & Blogging, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Graphics Design. A proposal, invoice, or order confirmation defines deliverables and timelines.
Engagement & Payments:
Work begins after advance payment confirmation. Prices exclude taxes, payment-gateway fees, and ad budgets unless stated otherwise. Advertising budgets for Meta / Google are non-refundable and paid directly to the platforms or through us.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate information, required assets, and timely approvals. Delays in access or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
Revisions & Ownership:
Each deliverable includes up to 2 revision rounds. All drafts remain our property until full payment. After full payment, final approved assets are licensed for agreed usage.
Performance & Confidentiality:
Results vary based on multiple factors. We do not guarantee rankings or sales. Both parties agree to keep all shared data confidential. Personal data is managed per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability will not exceed the total fees paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
