General:
As our services are customized and digital, completed work cannot be “returned.” This policy explains when refunds apply.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Before work starts – 100% refund (gateway fees may be non-refundable).
After partial progress – proportional refund for unrendered work only.
After delivery – non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items:
Third-party costs (stock assets, fonts, plugins, SaaS tools) and advertising budgets (Meta / Google) are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Request Process:
Email [email protected] with your Order ID, purchase date, and reason for review.
Service Quality:
If dissatisfied, contact us within 5 business days of delivery to use your included revisions.
